Event Details
Add booking details when you create meetings or events in Direct Spaces to ensure accurate records. On the Event Details screen, you can:

Edit the reservation information.

Submit the event.
-
Start over and go to the AI Agent screen.

Check in to the event.
Your system administrator can customize the labels, so in your environment the labels might appear differently, such as Meeting Details or Submit Booking.
Event Details form
The Event Details form includes standard fields such as Event Name, Event Type, and Requester. You can add more fields based on your organization’s Process Template to meet specific business needs. The available fields and options vary depending on your configuration.
Review Additional Information form
You can provide further details for your booking, including:

A/V Technician Requirement: Indicate if an A/V technician is needed.

Alcohol Service: Specify if alcohol will be served.

Security Needs: State if security is required.

Solution Interest: Choose the solution of interest, which may auto-populate based on your settings.

Coffee and Tea Service: Confirm if you want to include this service.

Charges: Indicate the type of charges.
